Customers of University of Northern Iowa restaurants and convenience stores have an opportunity to rate the food, surroundings and service during the annual customer satisfaction survey this week.
The benchmarking survey is used to prioritize changes and compare the satisfaction of UNI customers with campus dining customers nationwide, according to Carol Petersen, director of Dining Services.
“We count on customers – from throughout the campus community – to participate in the survey each fall,” she said. “It takes about four minutes to complete the online survey. Participation in the survey is an effective way to influence the service provided in UNI dining venues.”
The benchmarking survey involves colleges nationwide so the data affirms, or challenges, the impact of current service on customer satisfaction.
The National Association of College and University Food Services designed the research and protects the confidentiality of each response.
The survey link is on the Department of Residence Web site: www.uni.edu/dor. The login code is 124 followed by a student’s six-digit UNI identification number.
“The beauty of this survey method is its convenience for customers,” Petersen said. “They can complete the survey for several venues in a single online session. And it is very easy to enter comments at the end of the survey.”
